Re: Resolution Accepting Donation
Enclosed is a resolution accepting a donation of two printers from Dell Hawaii to the
Hawaii County Office of the Prosecutor. These printers were donated as part of Dell
Hawaii's program to have businesses evaluate their equipment.

A. REQUEST:
Communication to Council regarding donation of two Dell printers received from Dell Hawaii as part of their
"seed" program.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
The Prosecuting Attorney's Office received two printers from Dell Hawaii, one in November 2010 and the
other in March 2012 as part of their program to provide equipment to businesses for evaluation. One printer
is in Hilo and the other in the Kona office.
The Hilo printer is valued at $1,099.99, Kona printer is valued at $1,809.99.
