As a professional structural designer and builder I am totally apposed to bill 270 as
would any citizen who values personal rights, and sustainable living opportunities. Here
in Hawaii County we need a review commitee that addresses our unique island needs that
differ greatly from continental U.S. climates and materials availability. Please make the
common sense choice on Bill 270. OPPOSE BILL 270!
