Subject: Please restructure Bill 270
Please restructure Bill 270 to help make housing more affordable not less affordable or reachable
for the common working class individuals and families.
This type legislation erodes the property rights of all Hawaii county citizens and will ease the
path for a renters and homeless society where wealth and power will be held by the very few at
the expense of the common working class individuals and families.
If you wish to help the common constituents of this county then this bill should be revised with
those people in mind.
