emergencies of residents. The repeater station,with FCC licensing, on the cellular
communication tower will enhance the Lower Puna Emergency Communication System and
provide access to emergency responders and ham operators.
We ask for your careful consideration and support of this request for the residents of Lower
Puna, and we look forward to the opportunity to work with the County in making this
Community Relief Center a reality. With limited resources on-island, being prepared for the
unexpected is essential.
