Bill 260. Game Management Advisory Board
Bill 261. Use of helicopters for eradication
My name is Stephen Deniz. I have been a hunter, fisherman and gatherer for over forty years. I
am totally against the aerial shootings of Ungulates on this Island's pristine and majestic
mountains. This senseless slaughter of innocent wildlife must stop. We need to have a better
game management plan. We shouldn't follow the states game management plan, which is to
eradicate. We need to have a game management advisory commission and we need it now! This
is the only way to ensure that we "the people of Hawaii"and our keiki have access to hunting and
fishing, as well as practicing our cultural and traditional gathering rights.
