Subject: County Council Resolution 263-12 (To reverse Citizens United)

Please submit testimony if favor of Hawai'i County Council Resolution 263-12, which urges the
United States Congress to pass and send to the states for the ratification of a constitutional
amendment to reverse Citizens United v. Federal Elections Commission (2010) and to clarify
that corporations are not entitled to the constitutional protections or"rights" of natural persons.
Testimony can be submitted to counciltestimony nu,co.hawaii.hi.us or you may testify in person
this week on Tuesday, July 2nd in Hilo or at the West Hawai'i Civic Center, Bldg A, via
teleconferencing.
