Purchase Power Agreement Contracts With All Independent Power
Producers Using Renewable Resources So That the Cost to Consumers is Not
Based on Avoided Costs
Attached is a proposed resolution urging Hawai`i Electric Light Company to renegotiate its
Purchase Power Agreement contracts with all independent power producers using renewable
resources so that the cost to consumers is not based on avoided costs.
