Intr. by: Ms. Smart (Note: This measure was placed on the August 14, 2012 Committee agenda, however, this meeting was cancelled due to technical difficulties.) ; and Comm. 800.1: From Council Member Brittany Smart, dated August 10, 2012, transmitting proposed amendments to Bill 286. The amendments relate to the following: Amends the definitions of "prohibited materials" and "commercial FOG waste," and amends Section 20 -40 (Explosives, radioactive wastes and other prohibited materials).
