SUBJECT: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 15, ARTICLE 1, SECTION 15-
3, AND ARTICLE 2, SECTION 15-21, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE
1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO PROHIBITION
OF COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES AT HONAUNAU BOAT RAMP.
Please find attached a proposed bill for an ordinance amending Chapter 15, relating to
prohibition of commercial activities at Honaunau Boat Ramp.
I am requesting this be placed on the next suitable Committee Meeting agenda.
