Attached is an ordinance amending chapter 9, article 5, division 1, section 9-33 of the
Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), relating to plans and specifications
requirements for the installation of photovoltaic systems.
Please refer this matter to the appropriate committee scheduled for September 18, 2012.
