Dear Council Chairman Dominic Yagong and all Council
Members,
I hold County Clerk Jamae Kawauchi in the highest regard due
to her Honesty and Entegrity and her Expertise in her Office as
the County Clerk.
The irregulariaties of the Kona precincts being late opening are
indeed open to inspection as to why and how these things
occured.
The fact that ALL of the precincts in Hawaii County were open
one and a half hours longer than originally schedualed certainly
makes up for the lateness of one of the precincts being the same
amount of time late in opening.
Please take my email testimony in consideration in your
delberations during your meeting today. Thank you.
