Subject: Pleae read at July 19th county council meeting.
Aloha County Council,
We would like to ask that you vote NO on bill 256 and not over turn the mayors veto. This bill has nothing
to do with what the activist want and will not solve any of their issues. This bill puts an arbitrary buffer
zone that serves no real purpose and will only create more problems for the community and the residents
that live here. According to what we have read, the activist want the Geothermal plant closed for various
reasons. If the activist want the facility closed they need to take up their cause with the state and
Governor, and not combine their issues with these bills.
Please vote NO on Bill 256.
