Comm. 825: AMENDS CHAPTER 14, GENERAL WELFARE, HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005
(Bill 292) EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO GEOTHERMAL DRILLING
Initiates an amendment to Chapter 14 relating to geothermal drilling, by adding a new article that
would restrict geothermal drilling to the operating hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
