Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred
Bill No. 281, reports as follows:
Bill No. 281, transmitted by Public Works Director Warren H.W. Lee via Communication
No. 781, dated July 10, 2012, amends Chapter 24, Articlel0, Division 4, Section 24-276,
Schedule 24 (Crosswalks), subsection (f), by adding a new item and renumbering as required:
"( ) Ali`i Drive, adjacent to parcel 7-5-019:044 and the property line between parcels
7-5-019:003 and 7-5-021:039".
The amendment was generated due to a request to mark a crosswalk in an area where there is
high pedestrian activity.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Bill No. 281, and recommends its passage on first reading.
