Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Bill No. 288,
reports as follows:
Bill No. 288, transmitted by Public Works Director Warren H. W Lee via Communication
No. 812, amends the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), Chapter 24,
Article 10 (Schedules), Division 4 (Pedestrians), Section 24-276, Schedule 24 (Crosswalks),
subsection (f) Kona, by adding new item and renumbering as required:
( ) ALII DRIVE, ADJACENT TO PARCELS 7-7-08:20 AND 7-7-08:22.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the intent and
purpose of Bill No. 288, and recommends its passage on first reading.
