RE: Resolution No. 301-12, Draft 2; Relating to Approval and Adoption of a
Corrected Map of the Special Improvements to be Constructed or Improved,
of a Water Delivery System for the Kona Ocean View Properties Subdivision
Please find attached Resolution No. 301-12, Draft 2.
Resolution No. 301-12 was amended by the Council at its September 19, 2012 meeting to correct
a typographical error contained in the fifth WHEREAS to reflect that the Project Manual Job No.
is 2008-934 and not Job No. 1008-934.
After amendment, the Council adopted Resolution No. 301-12, as amended.
