RESOLUTION NO . 135
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS in and for the
County of Hawaii, at a meeting held this date, that the
Honorable Helene H. Hale, Chairman and Executive Officer of the
Board of Supervisors, be and is hereby designated and authorized
to sign in the name of the County of Hawaii the Supplemental
Watershed Work Plan Agreement between the Kau Soil and Water
Conservation District, the County of Hawaii and the Board of
Land and Natural Resources of the State of Hawaii, as the
sponsoring local organizations and the Soil Conservation Service
of the United States Department of Agriculture.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk is hereby
directed to forward a copy of this resolution to any interested
government or governmental agency.
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 24th day of May
1963.
