The proposed amendments are illustrated in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill 307 and bolded for emphasis (material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken through; materials to be added is underlined). 1. Amending Section 1 to read as follows: "SECTION 1. Findings and Determinations. The County Council hereby determines sale and delivery of general obligation bonds of the County in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed [n638304100] $21,935,100 (the "Bonds")for the purpose of funding all or a portion of the costs of the County Projects referred to in Section 2 hereof." 2. Amending Section 2 to read as follows: "SECTION 2. Authorization of Bonds. There are hereby authorized for issuance and sale, in one or more series, Bonds of the County, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed [$414303000] $21,935,100, for the purpose of funding all or a portion of the costs(including costs of issuance of the Bonds) of public improvement projects authorized and set forth as follows: Estimated Project Description Cost New South Kona Police Station 16,500,000 Public Safe Com s lex—Re s aintin' 125 000 Police Records Section Receiving Counter Renovation 55,000 Na`alehu Police Station Repairs 75,000 Comm.
