Explain to the Council in detail their assertion that they have a conflict of interest in <br /> the above referenced lawsuit <br /> 2. If there is a conflict does that disqualify them from representing the County of Hawaii, <br /> its officers, its employees, and the Council? <br /> 3. Provide to the Council the names of the individuals in the Office of the Corporation <br /> Counsel that are in conflict and why they are in conflict. <br /> 4. Allow for discussion of any information provided by the State of Hawaii Office of <br /> Disciplinary Counsel. <br /> The Council anticipates entering executive session pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes <br /> Chapter 92-5(a)(4) for the purpose of consulting with the board's attorneys on questions and <br /> issues pertaining to the board's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. <br /> Please place this item on the Council's agenda for its October 3, 2012 meeting. <br /> DY/sao <br /> (..Dram.
