Attaches a report entitled “2011 Aloha Friendship Aloha Mates Report,” presented by Japanese exchange students in August , 2011. Comm. 846.1: PRESENTATION ON NACo DENTAL DISCOUNT CARD PROGRAM BY MR. Serving the Interests of the People of our Island Hawai‘i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer GRC-30 Page 2 October 2, 2012 Comm. 846: AUTHORIZES THE CHAIRPERSON OF THE HAWAI‘I COUNTY COUNCIL TO (Res. 304-12) TAKE ALL NECESSARY ACTION TO ENROLL THE COUNTY INTO THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES’ DENTAL DISCOUNT CARD PROGRAM The Dental Discount Card Program DDCP) may provide 20 percent savings for special dental procedures, and up to 50 percent on routine procedures. The DDCP can be used at participating dentists and specialists nationwide. The program will accept all county residents, with annual rates for individuals at $59 and for families at $69, for access to participating providers.
