BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and she is hereby directed and instructed
to forward copies of this resolution each to the County Auditor and County Treasurer, and that said
County Auditor and County Treasurer be and they ir-e hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers
in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
