RESOLUTION NO . 150
WHEREAS, by Committee Report No. 25 the Finance
Committee recommended the creation of one new position of Civil
Engineer IV SR-23, in the Department of Public Works, Bureau of
Plans & Surveys LSection 8. 19 (b1/ ; and
WHEREAS, by Committee Report No . 25 the Finance
Committee also recommended the salary adjustment of the position
10' of Superintendent A-13 ( $630.00) , to Superintendent A-16
($735.00) in the Department of Kohala Hospital ( Section 8 .12) ; and
WHEREAS, by said Committee Report No . 25 the Finance
Committee recommended the approval of the new Table of Organiza-
tion, together with compensation, submitted by the Department of
�'` ` Civil Service, for the Department of Hamakua Band (Section 8 . 27)
as set forth hereafter as of July 1, 1963:
1 position of Bandmaster from $37.80 to $55 .92
1 position of Assistant Bandmaster from $31. 50 to $50.76
2 positions of Musician at $26 . 25 to Musician III at $34 .56
11 positions of Musician at $26 . 25 to Musician II at $31.41
9 positions of Musician at $26 . 25 to Musician I at $28 .44.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS in and for the County of Hawaii that one new
position of Civil Engineer IV SR-23, is hereby created in the
Department of Public Works, Bureau of Plans & Surveys
LSection 8 .19 (bj/ .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the salary of Superintendent
A-13, ( $630. 00) be adjusted to Superintendent A-16, ($735 . 00) in
the Department of Kohala Hospital (Section 8 . 12) .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the new Table of
Organization, together with compensation, is hereby adopted for
the Department of Hamakua Band (Section 8 . 27) as set forth
hereafter as of July 1, 1963:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that when the Salary Ordinance
is next amended the position hereinabove created, the adjustment
in salary granted and the new Table of Organization adopted be
incorporated therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk is hereby
directed to send a copy each of this Resolution to the Departments
of Public Works, County Chairman, Kohala Hospital, Hamakua Band,
Civil Service, County Auditor and County Attorney for their
information.
