The purpose of the presentation is to educate and receive input about the diverse applications of vetiver grass as a sustainable technology for the benefit of Hawaii County. Comm. 870: REQUESTS THE LEGISLATIVE AUDITOR TO CONDUCT A PERFORMANCE AUDIT OF (Res. 312-12) THE DEPARTMENT OF WATER SUPPLY METER AWARD PROCEDURES AND METER COMPLIANCE REVIEWS AND PROCEDURES REGARDING THE HAWAIIAN OCEAN VIEW WATER SYSTEM STANDPIPE STATION The findings and recommendations of the audit are to improve meter compliance review programs or procedures, and to encourage and enforce meter compliance.
