Re: A Presentation by HELCO as described in Resolution No. o • -1 '$ N)
Pursuant to Resolution No. 297-12 and Communication Number 822.3, I am requesting that
HELCO come before the Council to report the results of its effort to renegotiate its Purchase
Power Agreements with independent renewable energy power producers; specifically if Puna
Geothermal Venture was amenable to lowering the price rates for payers and the amount of the
new negotiated price.
