5,549 square feet, as shown on the plan attached hereto and made a part
hereof; SUBJECT, HOWEVER, TO, AND RESERVING, grant of right of entry for
easement for pole and wire lines, etc. , dated July 31, 1950, unrecorded,
to The Hilo Electric Light Company, Limited, and Hawaiian Telephone Company
said lines being shown on said Companies' map 41080-H thereto attached and
by reference made a part thereof.
TOGETHER ALSO WITH a non-exclusive easement for all purposes
in common with all others entitled thereto ever,under, along, across and
upon Mill Road to Hawaii Belt Road SDR 3(4) as shown on said plan; provided,
however, that if and when title to said Roadway, or any portion or portions
thereof, alkali be conveyed to State of Hawaii or County of Hawaii or other
governmental authority for public road purposes, said easements, as to the
roadway or portions thereof so conveyed, shall thereupon terminate.
TOGETHER ALSO WITH a non-exclusive easement for sanitary sewer
lines leading from said Lot 12 makei to the sea under and across other
lots in said Silverton Camp Mauna and Silverton Camp Wakai and other lands
of the Grantor, as shown on said plan.
RESERVING AND EXCEPTING unto the Grantor, its successors and
assigns:
1. An easement for all existing utility line.: over, under,
along, across and upon said Lot 12, and also for water pipelines and sani-
tary sewer lines under and across said Lot 12, the location of said water
and sever lines being shown on said plan, together with sufficient space
for the operation, repair and replacement of all said lines and together
with the right of access to and from said easement areas for the operation,
repair and replacement of all said lines.
2. An easement for all purposes over, under, along, across and
upon said Roadway "B", including, without limitation to the generality of

TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive easement for all purposes in common
with all others entitled thereto over, under, along, across-and upon Mill
Road to the Hawaii Belt Road SDR 3 (4) as shown on the plan attached hereto
and made a part hereof; provided, however, that if and when title to said

easement for utility purposes within the area shown on said plan, with the
right to assign all of or interests in said easement to others.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to a reservation in favor of the State of Hawaii
of all mineral and metallic mines of every description as reserved in said
R.P. 7875 and R.P. 4694.
