Subject: Urge Helco to renegotiate its purchase power agreements
Aloha, Council members:
I support Res 297-12 D2 which urges Helco to renegotiate its purchase power
agreements which will, in turn, lower the rate for electricity in Hawai' I where our rates
are the highest in the nation.
