Corporation .
Dear Council Members,
I support Resolution 303-12 introduced by Brenda Ford.
As we all know, Environmental Impact Statements are done
for a reason . . . to make sure a project is safe for the
environment and its inhabitants before the project is
approved and to insure public awareness and input
regarding the project . It would be a grave mistake to
allow the Public Land Development Corporation to do away
with this and other safeguards in the name of
"progress"/greed. Please encourage the Governor to
abolish this outrageous corporation . We must put the aina
and the community welfare above profit for the few.
