Aloha, Council person, Please say no the (PLDC) this the mega Coporations that are buying up
our Public lands for dirt cheap and then comming in and building power plants and not having to
abide be the standard rules and regulations like the other people do, this basically criminal and
we will not have any say to what they can do to our public lands. Mahalo for your time and
