Subject: Testimony against Bill 168
I listened to the testimony for this bill on Public Access television and was appalled
that the East side council members approved it.
Brenda Ford testified that she checked out the site in person and as she was trying to
leave, witnessed three (or possibly she said 2) near accidents herself. If this auto
repair shop gets going, tow trucks will be coming in and out of there. Law of gross
tonnage: Tow trucks win, other vehicles and the people in them lose in a collision.
I do hope the council members who voted for this will reconsider.
