Yes, now we can legally deposit our trash, recyclables,green waste, etc. at the county landfills. I see a certain amount of trash tossed along the roads perhaps by people that just don't care or by persons who do not want to spend their gas money taking their trash to the landfills. This amount of trash will astronomically increase if people have to pay a fee to take it to the landfill. There are enough people in the county barely existing on the little income they have. They just would not be able to pay a fee at the landfill and would end up dumping their trash along the roadside or in empty lots. Do we really want this to occur?
