Subject: Bill 256
As a property owner and resident of Leilani Estates, I have to object to the passage of
Bill 256. As yet no problems have actually been proven to exist, yes some residents of
the area have complained. But is there current or past proof of injury related to
Geothermal or can the problems be traced to Kilauea? The present uproar seems more
politicaly oriented than based on fact, Mr Yagong seems more interested in publicity
than in reality,and letting the Federal, State and Facility monitoring programs do their
jobs. Don't try to mico manage things, let people do their jobs. KEEP YOUR HANDS
