To whom it may concern,
I am submitting written support for keeping open a public access to the Papaikou Mill Beach.
My Dad grew up swimming and fishing on the beach at Papaikou Mill. As a kid, I remember
playing and enjoying this special beach. Please keep the access open to the public.
