Aloha County Council,
Please vote NO on bill 256 draft 2 that the mayor has already vetoed. There is no need for a buffer zone
around the geothermal plant at this point. If there are further scientific studies proving there are health
hazards done in the near future that show that there is a need for a buffer zone then it should be
addressed at that time. We live with in the 1 mile area of the plant and currently have no issues with the
geothermal plant as long as it continues its good safety record.
Please vote NO on bill 256 draft 2!
