Hello Council Members,
My home is located in the "1 mile Buffer Zone" in reference to Puna Geothermal Venture. My
family is very excited that Bill 292 has been addressed, with three young children getting good
sleep at night is very important. I feel that as good neighbors it will make the drilling noise that
we hear much more tolerable if it is only during daytime hours. I appreciate Mr. Yagong for
bringing this matter to the Council and advance my mahalo's to the Board for approving it. We
will sleep much better and enjoy hearing the quiet the next time drilling is to take place.
