Aloha,
I think that any action on the PLDC should be postponed until the PLDC can present their strategic plan
and rules. At that point an informed decision can be made.
It is premature at this time to make a judgment. Why lose a possible way to create positive environmental
and social change out of fear that they may do harm.
It is too early to know.
I humbly ask that Resolution 303-12 be POSTPONED. This will provide the public with information on
PLDC's Strategic Plan and draft Administrative Rules.
