ORDINANCE NO. 12 138.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 12-87, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR JULY 1, 2012 TO JUNE 30, 2013.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 12-87, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and
Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013, is hereby amended by
adding the following project:
OFFICE OF THE MAYOR:
Classroom Building #1: HI Cty, St of HI, UH, & Private Partnership $ 4,000,000
(110.499.5496.27)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -Fund Balance $ 4,000,000
and/or Sources (Private Grants)
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
