GRANTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2011-2012 AND SUMMARY ANALYSIS
From Council Member K. Angel Pilago, dated October 16, 2012. Attaches, in alphabetical
order, the narrative and year-end expenditure reports received pursuant to Chapter 2,
Article 25, Section 2-142(d) of the Hawai‘i County Code. Includes the public benefits derived
from the awarding of the grant, a complete accounting of all expenditures supported by
County of Hawai‘i grant funds, and a listing of other funding sources and amounts obtained
during the award period. Also attaches additional supporting documents, as listed.

that pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statutes (hereinafter “HRS”) §92-3.5, the
Hawai‘i County Council will be conducting this Committee meeting via videoconference. Council
Members will be present at the following location(s):
Council Chambers, Hawai‘i County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Room 1401; and
Kona Council Office, West Hawai‘i Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohokālole Highway, Building A.
If audio stream between Hilo and Kona is lost for more than a short period of time, the meeting will be
terminated.
