SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 286, Draft 3, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20,
ARTICLE 3 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS
AMENDED), RELATING TO DISPOSAL OF COMMERCIAL COOKING OIL WASTE
AND COMMERCIAL FATS, OILS, AND GREASES.
Attached please find Bill No. 286, Draft 3, which incorporates those amendments contained in
Communication No. 800.7 that were duly approved at the November 9, 2012, Council meeting.
Please place Bill No. 286, Draft 3, on the November 21, 2012, Council agenda for second and final
reading.
