Attached are resolutions establishing the organization of the Council for 2012-2014 as
follows:
1. Designation of the Council Chair and Vice Chair
2. Appointment of the County Clerk
3. Adoption of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of the Council
4. Appointment of the Chairs, Vice Chairs, and members of the following
Committees:
(a) Finance
(b) Planning
(c) Public Works and Parks and Recreation
(d) Environmental Management;
(e) Agriculture, Water and Energy Sustainability
(f) Public Safety and Mass Transit
(g) Human Services and Social Services
(h) Governmental Relations and Economic Development
5. Appointment of the Representative and Alternate Representative to the Executive
Committee of the Hawai`i State Association of Counties (HSAC).
