Column 1 lists the different energy generating possibilities. Columns 2 - 12 list the issues to compare the listed generating possibilities. I have provided a copy to Helco but have not heard from them. Helco is asking us the ratepayers to contact the renewable energy providers and request they rewrite their contracts. We need the specifics from Helco so that we may intelligently discuss this with the renewable providers. That is the specific information the spread sheet will provide. Not only do we the ratepayers need this specific information to support Helco's contract rewriting efforts, but so don't you and the PUC. How can any decisions be made in a factual vacuum?
