Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 8, Draft 3, which replaces the
existing language in Condition I with the standard language used to prohibit the construction of a
second dwelling on a residential lot, as discussed at the July 7, 1999 Planning Committee
meeting.
In addition to the above amendment, a housekeeping change to replace the word "shall" with
"may" was made in Condition N (5).
