Legislative Package
Please find attached Resolution No. 319-12, Draft 2. Resolution No. 319-12 was amended with
the contents of Communication No. 899.2, as duly approved by the Council during its meeting
on November 21, 2012.
The Council suspended its rules (Rule No. 24(1)(e)) and adopted Resolution No. 319-12, Draft 2,
subsequent to the amendment.
