SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 04-12, Draft 2; Adopting the Rules of Procedure
and Organization of the Council of the County of Hawai`i
Please find attached Resolution No. 04-12, Draft 2. Resolution No. 04-12 was amended by
the contents of Communication No. 1.3 and Communication No. 1.4, as duly approved by the
Council on December 3, 2012 (afternoon meeting).
After amending, the Council suspended its Rules (Rule No. 24(1)(e)) and adopted Resolution
No. 04-12, Draft 2.
The Rules of Procedure and Organization of the Council of the County of Hawai`i will be
distributed to each Council Member (and all other designated parties) in a three-ring binder,
per Rule No. 17.
