RE: CLAIM AGAINST THE COUNTY OF HAWAI'I/STATE FARM for Norberto Villa
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawai'i Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the
County Council on a claim submitted by State Farm Insurance on behalf of Norberto
