This resolution (Resolution No. 282-12, Comm. No. 791) was originally placed on the PWPRC Committee agenda for September 5, 2012, however it was withdrawn by the introducer, Fred Blas, Chairman of the PWPRC Committee at the request of Assistant Corporation Counsel, Katherine Garson due to a typographic error in the TMK number. The TMK number has been corrected and we are now re-submitting it for the Council's approval. The subject road improvements and streetlights were inspected and found to comply with Department of Public Works Standard Details, and were in acceptable condition for dedication, and were in full compliance with the provision of Chapter 23 or the Hawaii County Code. The subject road lot should be accepted for dedication either after or simultaneously with the dedication of Road Lot 26-A-2 [portion of Milo Street, TMK(3) 1-6-152:026], to prevent Road Lot 9645-B-15 from being landlocked .
