Shipman, Limited to the County of Hawai`i. This resolution (Resolution No. 281-12, Comm. No. 790) was originally placed on the PWPRC Committee agenda for September 5, 2012, however it was withdrawn by the introducer, Fred Blas, Chairman of the PWPRC Committee at the request of Assistant Corporation Counsel, Katherine Garson due to a typographic error in the TMK number. The TMK number has been corrected and we are now re-submitting it for the Council's approval. The dedication of this portion of roadway is essential to the dedication of Road Lot 9645-B-15, a portion of tax map key number (3) 1-6-003:005, in order to prevent Road Lot 9645-B-15 from being landlocked and unable to connect to the State Highway (Keaau Bypass).
