This land, <br /> identified by Tax Map Key: (3)5-4-005-001, was conveyed to the County of Hawai`i from Kohala <br /> Sugar Company by deed recorded on March 31, 1920. Subsequently, in or about 1975, the <br /> Judiciary, State of Hawai`i, built the North Kohala Courthouse on this property. Judiciary, now <br /> wishes to convey this building and all associated improvements to the County of Hawai`i.
