RE: Access Proposal
Today I am speaking for my Kupunas,all my Ohana,all the Keikei's and those that are silent and
cannot be present.
IT'S WORKING,NOT IF,DON'T FIX IT!
Today we have the opportunity and the right to speak and be heard on what appears or feels to be
right.In the days of the Ali'i(200 years ago)you had no say,NO RIGHTS.
These owners,what they really are(caretakers)they malama the aina.Some individuals(small
amount)don't care.They go and abuse the land,no conscious,which does not belong to them
anyway.These individuals open their home and allow us to come and enjoy,asking to take care the
land,but we want to take their ALOHA,their love for the aina that was given to them to share with
us all especially those that live in this neighborhood called PAPAIKOU.Charlene and Jim is the
best thing that has happened to this community.How dare you or others say that they are not doing
the right thing,by sharing what they have been given by AKUA.
I was born in LAUPAHOEHOE,in this district called HAMAKUA. I LOVE THESE
INDIVIDUALS; I LOVE THIS DISTRICT,AND THIS ISLAND.I ASK THAT FORGIVE MY
SELFISHNESS AND MY INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR AND HARMS THAT I HAVE
CAUSED BY MY ACTIONS.
HOW CAN I SAY I LOVE GOD AND NOT LOVE YOU.HE ALONE GUIDES US ALL.
You come in to my house,OR OTHERS NEIGHBORHOOD,there are rules that you need to
adhere to
1. You need permission
2. Take off your slippers or shoes
3. No make any kind trash
4. Speak appropriately or whatever else
5. When you pau visit,You got to go home
The point is there are rules or guidelines that you must adhere to if I allow you into my HALE
The owners welcome those that follow certain simple guidelines,otherwise no come.

SPEAKING FOR SOCIETY,MY FAMILY AND MOSTLY SPEAKING FOR MY CHILDREN I
WILL NOT ACCEPT SPENDING ANY MONEY IN THIS ECOMONY OR ANY TIME FOR A
PROBLEM THAT HAS AN APPROPRIATE SOLUTION.
WHATS THE RUSH!
