Our organization supports Bill 292
Bill 292 amends Hawaii County code to restrict geothermal exploration and production drilling to the operating
hours of 7 am to 7 pm within 1 mile of residences.
Our non-profit peace farm is located within a potential geothermal exploration area in Puna and we appreciate the
Council's effort to protect our peace of mind from 24 hour drilling in our neighborhood.
