To All Council Members:
Thank you for considering banning night-time drilling at PGV. While PGV tries to be a good neighbor,
they also work to keep their costs down.Therefore legislation is important to require PGV to stop
drilling at night and when people are sleeping especially.The constant noise for yet another well is a
problem with a fairly easy solution. I urge you to approve Bill 292 as a minimum amount of relief for
close residents.
